Our inaugural LitFest took place from 14-17 February and was a huge success. The week saw 5 external speakers delivering sessions and workshops involving all year groups. Staff engaged with the literacy theme and included special literacy based activities in their lessons. There were LitFest pens, badges, bookmarks, flags and bunting to promote the week. Students scored the week a 4 out of 5. Many thanks to all involved. It’s likely this will become a 2-yearly event.
