What a fantastic morning! After all the problems nationally with A Level results in the preceding week, and the uncertainty surrounding GCSEs, it was an absolute delight to see so many of our Year 11 students thrilled with their grades. The last 6 months have been hard on this year group in particular, robbed as they were of the chance to sit their exams in May/June and prove what they could achieve. As a school we worked hard to support them during this difficult time and to ensure the grades they received reflected all the hard work and endeavour we’d seen over the past two years. This was a fantastic year group and the grades they were awarded reflected this. We wish them all the best for their next stage of education, training or employment.
