Sleep affects your mind and body more than you might think so it’s really really really important to have a healthy sleep pattern. Elijah and Jade have been speaking to a whole bunch of young people to find out what happens to them when they haven’t slept enough, and what they do (or don’t do) to make sure they get enough of those all-important zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz’s.
It’s kinda obvious but not sleeping enough makes you tired (duuuuuuuuuuuh) but what’s maybe not so obvious is that being tired also makes you grumpy, sluggish, depressed and even gives you spots!
