During half term, 20 Meole Brace pupils went to Bardonecchia, Italy, to take on the Slopes in the Alps. The trip was hugely successful with all the pupils making a massive improvement right from day 1! Pupils were able to enjoy 6 days of skiing in fantastic conditions with some pupils visiting the ‘SnowPark’ which included rails, boxes and ramps for pupils to have a go at!
During the time off the snow pupils had the opportunity to explore the village of Bardonecchia which included evening trips to a pizzeria and to a crepe restaurant. The week concluded with a visit to an outdoor ice rink before the journey back to Shrewsbury!
A massive well done to all the pupils who all passed ski school and were fantastic throughout the whole week!
Here’s to another successful trip to La Molina in Spain during Easter 2015!
