Drama
During Key Stage 3 students are encouraged to develop a sense of understanding about the world in which they exist through the medium of drama. They will explore topics and themes through which they will improve their practical skills, group work skills and evaluative skills. They will be able to confidently present ideas and explore these ideas with perception and understanding.The objective of drama at Key Stage 4 and GCSE is to develop and deepen the understanding of drama as an art form. Students will study performance, set design, mask making, photography and video and they will combine these discreet areas to create theatre pieces.
